About Coach
Dan, born and raised on the Jersey Shore, has had a lifelong connection to baseball. As a player, he pitched and played 3B and RF for the Red Bank Regional Buccaneers, where he was a varsity player for three years. He also played for the Monmouth Hurricanes and Jersey Shore Reds. After graduating from York College of PA, Dan transitioned into professional baseball, working with teams like the Indianapolis Indians, Daytona Cubs, Lakewood BlueClaws, and Myrtle Beach Pelicans.
In addition to his professional experience, Dan has been actively involved in youth baseball, coaching clinics that focus on player skill development and personal growth. He also served as a volunteer board member for Holbrook Little League in Jackson before moving to Nashville. Outside of baseball, Dan has extensive leadership and training experience, creating solutions for a top-tier customer-centric company while supporting its small business partners. His focus is on creating fun, safe, and valuable experiences for players to help them succeed both on and off the field.
