2.3 Code of Conduct

All fees for tournaments, including registration and any additional services, must be paid in full at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change, and we will inform you of any changes before you complete your registration.

3.2 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for tournament registrations. However, if you need to cancel your participation, we offer a credit for a future tournament, valid for one year. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more detailed information. In the case where a player may not be a good fit, we may issue a refund or a credit for future events.

Why a Player May Not Be a Good Fit for a Tournament

At Guest Player Connect, we strive to create competitive, enjoyable, and safe environments for all players. To ensure the best possible experience for both the individual and the team, we carefully review each player’s skill level before finalizing their participation in a tournament. In some cases, we may determine that a player is not a good fit for a particular tournament.

Here are a few reasons why we may make this decision:

  • Safety Concerns: Players who may be significantly under-skilled or inexperienced for the level of competition may face a higher risk of injury. We prioritize the safety of all players and reserve the right to decline participation if we believe it’s unsafe for the individual.
  • Competitive Balance: Tournaments are designed to match players of similar skill levels to ensure a balanced, fair, and enjoyable experience. Players who do not meet the expected skill level for the tournament could disrupt the competitive balance and impact the experience of other teammates.
  • Player Development: If a player’s skill level does not align with the competition, they may not get the developmental benefits intended by the tournament. To avoid frustration or discouragement, we may recommend another tournament better suited to their abilities.

For these reasons, we reserve the right to determine whether a player is a good fit for a tournament. If a player is deemed not a good fit, we will work with the family to offer alternative options, including a refund or credit for future events.

3.3 Discounts

We offer a 15% discount if you register a full team for a tournament. This discount is applied at the time of registration.

4. Content and Media

4.1 Media Usage

By participating in our tournaments, you consent to the use of photos and videos of your child for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the tournament.
