Join us for the Gobbler Games at Adventure Crossing, Nov 22-23! This exciting baseball tournament is open to players aged 7U-11U and will be hosted on the state-of-the-art outdoor turf fields, with indoor facilities as a backup to ensure we play rain or shine. We are forming teams for ages 9U-11U, providing the perfect opportunity to play on off weekends or when your regular team isn’t competing. Get some games in outside before the weather gets cold, sharpen your skills, and enjoy a fun, competitive environment. Don’t miss out on this fall baseball experience at Adventure Crossing! Secure your player’s spot on the roster below by selecting the correct age group.
We will also consider forming teams for 7U and 8U if there is enough interest. Fill out the interest form for the appropriate age group below to let us know you’re in!

How It Works
Select Your Division and Position
Choose the correct division for your player using the age chart, select their primary or secondary position, and add it to your cart. Each team will have a maximum roster of 12.
Proceed to Checkout
Complete the required details, including your player's skill level, and submit payment. We’ll review their skill and video to ensure the best fit. If adjustments are needed, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or credit for a future tournament.
Get Ready for Game Day
Once your player’s spot on the team is confirmed, we’ll send detailed information, including schedules, coach details, and what to expect on game day. You’ll be fully prepared for a fun and exciting tournament experience!
Purchasing Positions
When you purchase a position for a player, that will be considered their primary position for the weekend. Players will also have opportunities to play at other positions, which will be determined based on the secondary preferences entered during the checkout process. All players will rotate through multiple positions at our discretion to ensure a well-rounded experience. While our main goal is not solely focused on winning, we are committed to fostering competitive play and making sure we maximize the number of games played each weekend.
Pitching Disclaimer
Pitching is a Priority: Pitching is crucial to fielding a competitive team. While having enough pitching to stay competitive throughout the tournament is essential, not every player is guaranteed to pitch. Coaches will do their best to manage and use pitching effectively to keep the team competitive in games. Ensuring a strong pitching lineup helps us maximize our performance and make the most of each tournament.
Skill Level Ranking System
At Guest Player Connect, we use a skill level ranking system to ensure fair play and competitive balance in every tournament. Players are ranked from 1 to 5 based on their ability and experience. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the commitment required to make our teams happen, including tournament fees and uniform orders, no full refunds or cancellations will be provided. A credit may be issued in some circumstances that is good for one year. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
Game Day Expectations
Come ready to play, have fun, and make the most of the experience! We expect all players, parents, and spectators to show up with a positive attitude, respect for teammates and opponents, and a love for the game. This isn’t about winning. Its about playing the game and getting better in a positive environment.
Game Day Schedule
Here’s what to expect on game day:
- Arrive approximately 75 to 90 Minutes Before the Game: Be sure to get to the field early to check in and get ready for the day.
- Check-In: Find the GPC booth or table and sign in with the tournament director or coach, receive important instructions, and get your uniform.
- Meet Your Coach & Teammates: Take some time to get familiar with your coach and new teammates.
- Warm-Ups & Batting Practice: Participate in pre-game warm-ups and batting practice led by the coach to get ready for the game.
- Play & Enjoy: Once the game starts, it’s all about having fun, competing, and making the most of the experience!
